The HES PTA is made up of volunteers just like YOU—parents, grandparents, staff members, and community supporters—all working together with a shared goal: to help every student reach their full potential. By advocating for our students and strengthening education, we make a lasting impact.
We know that life is busy, and many of our board members are working parents with diverse skill sets and varying schedules. No matter your availability or experience, there are meaningful opportunities to serve and make a difference. Whether you can dedicate just a little time or take on a more involved role, your contribution matters!
We can't do it without the amazing volunteers at HES. Please consider expressing your interest in one or more positions for the upcoming school year HERE. Together, we can continue to support our students and staff in incredible ways!

** Updated Dress Rehearsal Details **
** Location: Colleyville Heritage High School (CHHS) Auditorium
** Drop-Off/enter at front: 3:15 PM (we will not be able to enter before this time)
** Rehearsal: 3:15 – 5:30 PM
** Pick-Up: 5:30 PM
A more detailed email with precise drop-off and pick-up instructions will be sent at a later date, but we wanted to give you this update now so you can plan accordingly.
Important Dates to Remember:
- Dress Rehearsal: Monday, February 24th (3:15-5:30 at CHHS)
- Talent Show: Thursday, February 27th at CHHS Auditorium.

- 5th-grade finale dance performers: Check-in at 3:45 PM.
- All other performers: Check-in at 4:15 PM for a quick run-through.
- Show begins: 6:00 PM!
Outdoor Movie Night

Join us for our annual HES Family Outdoor Movie Night on Friday, March 7th at 7pm. Gates will open at 6:30 so bring your chairs and blankets and settle in on the blacktop for a viewing of The Wild Robot. Admission is free. Concessions will be available to purchase, with proceeds benefitting 5th grade Fun Day.

It’s time to restock the workroom! Let’s show our amazing HES staff our LOVE by donating their favorite snacks and drinks! Deliveries can be made to the main office anytime.
